Exceptional service. Phil was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He showed us everything about the vehicle and answered all our questions before we went ahead with the purchase. At no point were we pressured to buy. We had a bit of issue with the payment as our bank has a maximum limit. Phil was very patient with us throughout the whole process and even offered to drive us to the bank in town to finalise the payment. We were not local, his assistance is very much appreciated. I was looking for a Fiat 500x with a particular spec and found the one that I wanted through Auto Trader. Full discussion on all the options available for extended warranty for the car prior to continuing with the purchase. Due to non availability to do bank transfer for payment over the weekend Phil personally delivered the car upon payment completion to our home address (5 miles) from the garage.
